Role: Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist
Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, with three days per week at our Edmonton office and two days working remotely.
Join one of Canada's fastest-growing pharmacy banner networks and help strengthen independent pharmacies across Canada. We're looking for a creative team member to join our marketing team, someone who's excited to bring fresh ideas, make an impact, and grow alongside us.
Role Overview
Are you a talented graphic designer with a passion for visual storytelling and an interest in expanding your social media and digital marketing skills? Or perhaps you're already balancing both and looking for your next big creative challenge. If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our marketing team is expanding, and you will be working alongside a growing group of talented graphic designers and creatives who love collaborating, sharing fresh ideas, and brainstorming together!
In this role, you will split your focus between designing engaging marketing materials and managing our pharmacy owners' social media channels. You'll create meaningful, community-focused content that showcases the unique services, people, and stories behind each independent pharmacy. This role offers plenty of creative ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside an engaged leadership team and a collaborative marketing department dedicated to helping independent pharmacies thrive. While a solid foundation in graphic design is essential, if you have baseline experience in social media and an eagerness to learn, our collaborative team will provide the training and mentorship to help you master the rest.

- Graphic Design & Brand Development: Bring creative ideas to life by designing high-quality marketing materials across print and digital channels, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, in-store signage, and promotional assets that strengthen our nationwide pharmacy banner brands.

- Owner Collaboration & Creative Support: Partner directly with independent pharmacy owners to understand their local market needs, and create customized marketing materials and social media content that reflect each pharmacy's brand, services, and community.
- Campaign Execution & Project Management: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, grand openings, contests, and community initiatives while managing multiple creative projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
