Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the tables,bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
- Follow all food safety and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Hospitality background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
