Compensation
50% commission on completed tattoo services (commission only; no separate hourly base pay). The artist keeps 100% of tips.

Responsibilities
- Create custom tattoo designs based on client preferences
- Perform tattoos safely and professionally
- Consult with clients and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards
- Provide proper aftercare instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Strong tattoo portfolio or professional Instagram page
- Experience in one or more tattoo styles
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Required certifications to perform tattoo services in Manitoba
