We are looking for a motivated, customer focused Education Advisor to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As an Education Advisor, you will meet with prospective students to understand their education and career goals and recommend suitable programs and institutions. You will provide professional guidance throughout the admissions process while building strong relationships with students and education partners.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with people, organized, sales oriented, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective students in person, by phone, and online.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and eligibility.
- Recommend suitable colleges, universities, and programs in Canada and internationally.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition, application timelines, and study options.
- Assist students with application preparation and document collection.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions.
- Meet individual and team enrollment targets.
- Stay up to date on education trends, admission requirements, and partner programs.
- Participate in education fairs, information sessions, and promotional events when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in education consulting, admissions, student recruitment, academic advising, sales, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfortable working toward performance and enrollment goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or post secondary education is preferred.

Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability as needed for events or student appointments
Work Location
In person in Surrey, British Columbia, with remote work available.
