We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser and Esthetician to join our beauty team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences
- Provide esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records
- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new beauty trends
- Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Hairdresser or Esthetician required
- Proven experience in hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon/spa environment
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus

Pay: $14.00-$18.00 per hour
