Behind the scenes, our Technical Support staff keep everything running seamlessly – from our pristine grounds to our dynamic event spaces!
As a member of the Facility Operations team, you’ll take on a variety of important tasks to help maintain our facility to the highest standards. You will provide labour duties and general support in all areas of Facility Operations. Your work will help shape the visitor experience and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour and facility support, including groundskeeping, sweeping, and refuse removal
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal outdoor maintenance
- Organize and maintain storage areas
- Basic repairs to equipment
- Keeping operations running smoothly by moving, delivering, and loading equipment and supplies
- Set up for special events and internal functions
What You Bring:
- Flexible availability during the summer season and weekends during off-season
- General labour or maintenance experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Familiarity with basic tools and safety procedures
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
