Position Overview: BSG Mechanical is seeking a Licensed Refrigeration Technician with experience in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, particularly with VRF technology, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install refrigeration and VRF systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Be part of Local 787
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration field, specifically with VRF systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and VRF technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
