Renovations Specialist
Bestcoast Renovations is seeking a Flooring Installer and Renovations Specialist to join our team. We are a family-owned business that has been in business for over 20 years. We are a growing company and looking for someone that wants to be part of our long-term growth. We provide quality home renovations across the lower mainland.
Must Haves
- Experience is your biggest asset. We are looking for someone who can start and finish a flooring contract.
- We are looking for someone with strong communication skills as you speak directly with homeowners and with coworkers.
- BC Drivers License as the successful candidate will have access to a company van.
Duties:
- Install flooring in customers’ homes or businesses
- Prepare floors for installation
- Install floor covering according to installation instructions and installation standards
- Document installation in the system
- Follow proper installation procedures and safety rules (e.g., using tools and safety equipment)
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in flooring installation or other related fields
- Familiarity with flooring materials and products preferred
- Owning your own tools is a major asset
- Understanding of safety rules and regulations required during commercial or apartment installations (e.g., use of safety equipment)
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to multi-task; able to work independently; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; problem-solving skills; positive attitude
Compensation:
Benefits: Holiday Pay, Paid sick days and an exciting work environment.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
