We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities for commercial plaza and industrial warehouse projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and according to schedule, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and labour to support efficient project execution.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding project status, site challenges, and resource requirements.
Pay: $17.99-$30.00 per hour
