Work Model: On-site
Work Hours: M-F: 8 am – 5 pm (60 mins unpaid lunch)

Position Summary
As Receptionist you will be primarily based at 18 Auriga Drive but required to provide coverage at our 145 Richmond Road location as needed. You will be the first point of contact for employees, executives, customers and other visitors to CBN. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks aimed at ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and guests.
Core Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate locations, and answer basic inquiries.

Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log to ensure security protocols are followed.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized and professional in appearance at all times.

Communications
-
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department, take accurate messages when necessary and relay the information in a timely manner.

Provide information about the company and any relevant policies and procedures in a clear and professional manner.

Administrative Support
-
Perform various clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, managing conference room bookings, and coordinating catering for on-site meetings and events.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including signing for deliveries and ensuring they reach the correct recipients.

Manage inventories of common room consumables (e.g. snacks, coffee pods, etc.).

Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

Fluency in English and French (speak, read, write)

Able to obtain (in a timely manner) and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) security clearance
Minimum Qualifications

College diploma in administration or equivalent additional years of relevant work experience

1 year of reception or other administrative support experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
