RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain kitchen areas with special attention to sanitation
· Keep the kitchen tidy by washing dishes and ensuring cleanliness
· Exhibit culinary skills by performing day-to-day tasks and assisting sushi chefs
· Evaluate the quality of food products, prep items, and final dishes served to guests
· Monitor food temperatures, expiry dates, and overall quality of ingredients
· Collaborate with servers to provide a warm and welcoming guest experience
· Follow all health, food safety, and hygiene standards and policies
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
· Basic kitchen knowledge preferred
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong communication skills in English
· Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player who supports a positive guest experience
· Basic culinary knowledge with the ability to prepare ingredients as instructed

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
