What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing 5-8 active commercial, multi-family, and service-based roofing projects
- Managing crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Ensuring projects are watertight, safe, and on schedule every day
- Verifying materials, manpower, and equipment are ready before work starts
- Owning safety, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinating with Project Coordinators, suppliers, and consultants
- Identifying and solving problems early, avoiding escalation
- Protecting profitability, timelines, and client relationships

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, multi-family roofing supervision
- Strong knowledge of all roofing and wall assemblies and systems (SBS, PMMA, Waterproofing, TPO, ASM, Asphalt shingles, BUR, Envelope/Wall basics, EPDM, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of safety and site documentation
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
- Clear, direct communication style
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $105,000 per year
- Full Benefits from day 1
- Cell phone allowance up to $100
- Full uniform (Polos, T-shirts, Golf jackets, Rain gear)
- $3,000 gross signing bonus at completion of 90-days probationary period
- Performance Incentive: Up to $55,000 annually
Bonus is tied to what actually matters:
- Project profitability (hitting or exceeding margin targets)
- Job execution (on time, on budget, no preventable failures)
- Site performance (safety, organization, documentation)
- Client satisfaction and repeat work
Total earning potential: $163,000+ (gross pay) for top performers
