Responsibilies:
- 3 years experience as a foreman supervising a team
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License with a clean drivers abstract.
- Capable of performing physical labour in various weather conditions
- Focused on team work and excellent problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of best landscape practices
- Comply will all Company Policies and Regulations
- Manage material & equipment requirements from day to day and coordinate with Superintendent..
- Complete daily logs books/ safety documentation.
- Record deliveries and collect/track associated paperwork.
- Proficient in operating commercial landscape construction equipment
- Able to take direction and instruction
- Be presentable, professional and have great work ethic.
Strong Knowledge of the Following:
- Read Drawings & Specifications
- Ability to safely & responsibly operate Skid Steer, Excavator, & Rubber Tire Loader
- Must be familiar with tools of the trade
- Knowledge of "all" Soft and Hard Landscaping
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task & organize
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good leadership skills and able to complete Projects efficiently and on schedule.
