This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Pharmacy Assistant who thrives in a dynamic community pharmacy setting. The chosen candidate will assist the pharmacy team in preparing prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency, all while upholding outstanding customer service.
What We Provide
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00
- Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
- Consistent day shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Core Duties
- Correctly label and prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Meet a productivity target of around 30 prescription labels per hour while maintaining precision.
- Help process prescriptions using the Kroll pharmacy management system.
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily dispensing tasks.
- Keep the pharmacy workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
- Support inventory management and stock organization.
- Handle warehouse duties as needed.
- Prioritize tasks and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while aiding pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Comfortable assisting with warehouse tasks when necessary.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
