We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service to our residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Place, level, screed, and finish concrete to a high standard.
- Operate hand and power finishing tools.
- Perform edging, jointing, broom, exposed aggregate, and decorative finishes.
- Set and strip concrete forms.
- Read grades and work from site plans when required.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labour as needed.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized worksite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience (more experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (required).
- Ability to work overtime when necessary during the construction season.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
- Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment is an asset.
