We are seeking a Luxury Retail Brand Ambassador to join a prestigious retail company in Montreal!
In this role, you will be the face of the brand—delivering an exceptional client experience and inspiring customers .
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and provide personalized consultations tailored to their lifestyle and design needs
- Educate customers, sales representatives, and trade professionals on our premium brands and product offerings
- Host engaging showroom experiences and events that bring the brand to life
- Support the coordination of showroom and off-site activations, including product demonstrations, trainings, and promotional events
- Drive performance by consistently striving to exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture relationships within the design and architecture community
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, design, or high-end consumer goods
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/French preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an asset
