We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to support and execute our digital acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Media & SEO, this role will primarily focus on the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms, to drive qualified traffic, revenue, and new customer growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in paid social who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and is eager to deepen their expertise while contributing to the next stage of growth.
Some of what you'll do:
Paid Social Execution & Optimization (70%)
- Manage the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and potential expansion into TikTok.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across full-funnel objectives (prospecting, consideration, retargeting), including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), conversion campaigns, and video-first strategies.
- Develop and refine audience strategies (prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting) and execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to drive incremental improvements.
- Monitor performance daily and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Support the management and allocation of media budgets to maximize performance and scalability.
- Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to align on asset needs, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, beta opportunities, and best practices to continuously evolve campaign strategies.
Analytics & Performance Insights (30%)
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting across paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in attribution analysis and ensure data accuracy across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GA4), including understanding platform vs. GA4 variances.
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and testing readouts with clear, actionable insights.
Some of what you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in paid social, preferably within e-commerce or DTC.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Experience with Meta Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and full-funnel paid social strategies.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and experience with creative testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with GA4 and platform attribution differences.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or luxury industry is a strong asset.

Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
