As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Owner, the Operations & Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of projects from award through completion.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are properly planned, materials are available, trades are coordinated, schedules are maintained, and projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
This is a leadership role requiring someone who is highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities
Operations
Oversee day-to-day operational workflow
Develop and maintain production schedules
Coordinate shop workload and installation schedules
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Monitor project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedules
Procurement & Supply Chain
Purchase materials, hardware, and supplies
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Obtain competitive pricing and negotiate where appropriate
Coordinate deliveries to support production schedules
Monitor inventory and material availability
Project Management
Plan and manage project timelines
Coordinate production, delivery, and installation
Schedule subcontractors and outsourced manufacturing
Track project milestones and deadlines
Manage change orders and project documentation
Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal staff throughout each project
Financial & Performance
Review project budgets and job costing
Monitor project profitability throughout production
Assist with cash flow forecasting by identifying upcoming project expenditures and expected collections
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and provide recommendations to the Owner
Maintain project KPI dashboards and operational reporting
Continuous Improvement
Improve workflows and operational efficiency
Recommend software and process improvements
Help build scalable systems to support company growth
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations or Project Management
Experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong negotiation and purchasing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong financial awareness, including budgeting and job costing
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Experience with project management software is considered an asset

Compensation
Competitive salary: $95,000–$115,000, based on experience
