We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk responsibilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office software to create a welcoming environment and maintain efficient office workflows.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document management, and organization of office supplies
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Qualifications
- Candidates with fluency in Farsi and English is required.
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle taking phone calls professionally
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and good phone etiquette
- Data entry experience with high accuracy levels; typing speed preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
