Axios Outdoor is looking for closers. Not employees — builders. People who want to run their own book of business, stack commissions, and eventually lead a team of their own.
This is a 100% commission, door-to-door sales role. No ceiling on what you can earn. No cap on how fast you can grow. If you've got the drive but haven't had the platform, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors, run quotes, and close deals for our exterior cleaning / soft washing services
- Manage your own pipeline from first knock to signed job
- Build relationships in the neighborhoods you work — repeat and referral business is real money here
- As you prove yourself, recruit and train your own team — and get paid an override on everything they close
Compensation
- Commission only — 100% uncapped. Your income is a direct reflection of your work ethic, not a salary cap someone else set for you.
- Top producers set their own ceiling. We've got reps who treat this like a business, not a job — and get paid like it.
- Team builders earn on top of their own sales. Recruit, train, and lead a crew, and you earn overrides on their production. Build the machine, not just the number.
- Weekly payouts. Leaderboards. Bonuses for milestones.

Who You Are
- You've sold before — door-to-door, retail, phones, doesn't matter. You know how to handle a "no."
- You're coachable, but you don't need to be babysat.
- You want to build a team, not just hit a quota. Leadership experience or ambition is a big plus.
- You're comfortable with commission-only pay because you know what that means: no limits.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors, on your feet, door to door.
