Job Summary
We are hiring a Crown Reach Forklift 175 CS Operator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Oakville, ON. This role is ideal for a certified Crown Reach forklift operator with previous warehouse experience who is looking for stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Crown Reach forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse or production environment.
- Move, store, stage, and replenish products according to operational needs.
- Support order picking, material handling, and inventory movement as required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, equipment checks, and warehouse operating standards.
- Maintain accuracy when handling products, orders, and warehouse documentation.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22.50 per hour plus $1.75 shift premium, totaling $24.25 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Location: Oakville, ON, L6J 7Z2.
