The Creative Services Manager leads the creative development and production of high-impact marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, engagement and brand consistency. The individual will design and optimize workflows, processes and technology platforms to maximize speed to market, quality and cost efficiency. Acting as a bridge between strategy and production, this role manages resources, capacity, and partnerships with internal teams, freelancers and external agencies. Success requires experience in marketing resource planning, operational efficiency, vendor and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the creative development process - oversee intake, prioritization and scheduling of creative requests by allocating resources and balancing workloads/capacity

A solid understanding of brand guidelines, creative design and requirements with an ability to provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output

Build and work with a team of graphic designers, writers, freelancers and agencies to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget (sourcing quotes and producing estimates), ensuring seamless integration into existing creative workflows

Understand the project brief and provide strategic recommendation on content formats, channels and approaches to maximize audience engagement

Develop and maintain expertise in a wide range of media formats, enabling the team to expand creative offerings and strategically align each medium with the target audience and message

Drive continuous improvement through the evaluation and implementation of new tools, systems and processes (i.e. AI tools, Workfront, SalesForce etc.)

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including resource capacity, speed to market, production quality and expense management

Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments with changing priorities and deadlines
