Overview
Flynn Bros. Projects Inc. is seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Labourer to join our team for project work at multiple job sites in Saskatchewan. If you are not afraid of hard work, long days and long shifts, this position would provide you with a lot of hours!
All transportation will be provided. This includes daily transport from motel to/from site plus transport from Edmonton to sites and back.
The successful candidate will support construction, maintenance, and installation work on agricultural construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Prepare and maintain work areas by cleaning, organizing, and staging materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople with construction, repair, installation, and site-related tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
- Perform physical labour, including lifting, digging, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
- Follow site safety requirements, company procedures, and direction from supervisors.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work as part of a team to help meet project schedules and quality expectations.
- Complete other general labour tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous construction or general labour experience is required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions for long hours.
- Shifts can be as long as 21 days straight working before any days off.
- Strong focus on safety and following instructions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools is an asset.
- Motel supplied along with a meals allowance.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- The possibility for repeat hire exists.
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
