Position Summary
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge seeks an Operations Manager to lead our heli-ski program in Revelstoke, British Columbia. This role requires a highly organized self-motivated person with exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of ski industry experience including 5 or more years in a leadership role. Ski guiding certification is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position requires Revelstoke residency from mid-October through mid-April, with remote work possible for the remainder of the year. This is a full-time year round position earning an annual salary in the range of $80,000 - 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling is possible for the right candidate. Position Purpose
The Heli-Ski Operations Manager (OM) serves as the overall leader of the ERL heli-ski program. This role owns and nurtures the company culture of safety, teamwork, and guest service. The OM works with the Eleven Ski Operations Manager to develop strategic priorities and facilitate alignment with global heli-ski programs, with the Eleven Canada General Manager to support business performance, and with the ERL Lodge Manager to ensure seamless transitions between the heli-ski and lodge experiences. The OM is the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Develops cohesion within the guide team while actively cultivating cross-functional relationships with the hospitality and culinary teams
- Comfortable adapting communication styles to diverse audiences and representing local operational needs within a global strategic context
- Cultivates strong working relationships with regional peers, local contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and promptly across all levels of the organization and external relationships
- Seasonal and ongoing guide staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Aviation program oversight, tracking, and scheduling
- Program guest satisfaction quality assurance
- Guide feedback oversight and documentation
- Daily and seasonal record keeping and reporting
- Fueling infrastructure management
- Equipment inventory management
- Creates annual labor budget and capital expenditure proposals
- Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing teams on product development
- Aligns local operations with Eleven Skiing’s global strategy

Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years ski industry experience
- Ski Guide certification
- CAA Avalanche Operations Level 2 or equivalent
- Current 80-hour first aid certificate
