Job Summary
Telze is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead sales and repair teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for technology, retail sales, and mobile device repairs.
As a Store Manager at Telze, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team development, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality repair and customer service standards across the store.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily store operations efficiently and professionally
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate sales associates and repair technicians
- Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and upselling strategies
- Monitor and achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolve escalated concerns
- Oversee mobile phone, tablet, smartwatch, and laptop repair operations
- Ensure repair turnaround times and quality standards are maintained
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stock accuracy, and merchandising
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and deposits
- Reduce shrinkage and enforce company security procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Support company promotions, marketing campaigns, and local business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience
- Experience in electronics, wireless, or mobile repair industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and laptops
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing repair technicians and retail sales teams
- Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPads, and other mobile devices
- Multilingual candidates are an asset
