We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can turn inbound conversations into bookings and revenue. The ideal candidate is a confident closer who listens well, handles objections, and moves qualified leads to a decision.
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative converts inbound phone, email, and live chat inquiries into completed storage rentals and purchases while delivering a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries into closed rental and sales opportunities.
- Qualify customer needs and recommend the right self-storage, portable storage, or vehicle storage solution.
- Provide accurate quotes and follow up quickly on open leads to improve conversion.
- Identify upsell opportunities, including moving supplies, premium options, and additional services.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and guide customers confidently from inquiry to booking or purchase.
- Deliver a professional customer experience across phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, contracts, invoices, payments, and customer records.
- Share customer feedback and sales insights that can improve service, pricing, and processes.
Performance & KPI Accountability
Performance is measured by sales conversion, revenue contribution, lead follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedules
On-site, reporting to the Vaughan, Ontario office.
7-day operation from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; evenings and weekends required.
Salary Range
$55,000 to $60,000 CAD per year.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, inbound sales, call centre sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Proven ability to close sales and follow up on leads with urgency.
- Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes, agreements, payments, and CRM updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- French language skills are an asset.
- Experience selling storage, moving, logistics, rental products, or managing high-volume inbound leads.

- You consistently convert qualified inbound inquiries into completed rentals or purchases.
- Customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support from first contact through close.
- CRM records are complete, current, and useful for follow-up and service continuity.
