We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Key Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, designers, and homeowners.
- Identify and pursue new cabinet and millwork sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and project leads.
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and bid opportunities to generate new business.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals based on project specifications and customer requirements.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and millwork plans.
- Coordinate with the design, estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess project requirements, and resolve issues.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining company profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Track sales activities, maintain customer records, and follow up on leads using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, materials, and building codes.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and project proposals.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with estimating and CAD software is an asset.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
