Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Coordinator to join our team. The main duties include replying to customer inquiries, following up on orders, handling returns, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure orders and customer issues are processed smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, marketplace messages, and other communication channels
- Follow up on customer orders, shipping status, tracking updates, and delivery issues
- Handle return requests, RMA cases, refund or replacement coordination
- Create and manage shipping labels using platforms such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, or other shipping systems
- Communicate with the warehouse team regarding order status, missing items, returns, and customer issues
- Keep accurate records of customer communication, order updates, return status, and shipping information
- Assist with daily order processing and basic administrative tasks
- Escalate complicated customer issues to the manager when needed
Skills
- Previous customer service, order processing, or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Good written English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on tasks
- Comfortable using computers, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online systems
- Experience with Marketplace, or shipping platforms is an asset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, patient, and willing to learn
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
