What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for service customers
- Assess vehicle needs and recommend maintenance and repairs
- Open, manage, and close work orders accurately
- Schedule appointments and keep customers informed
- Work closely with technicians to keep the shop running smoothly
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (automotive an asset)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a busy service environment
