We're growing quickly and are looking for a motivated, energetic sales professional to join our team for the remainder of the season.
Position Overview
As a Roof Restoration Sales Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested a free roof inspection, assess their property's suitability, educate customers on our restoration process, and provide on-site estimates.
This is a field-based role focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions—not high-pressure sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified leads generated by our marketing team.
- Perform residential roof inspections and document findings.
- Educate homeowners on roof rejuvenation and exterior protection solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates using our pricing system.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close sales.
- Maintain accurate notes within our CRM.
- Represent Nova Spray professionally at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, construction, or in-home sales is an asset).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (training provided).
Compensation
- Base hourly wage.
- Performance-based commission on closed sales.
- Company-generated qualified leads.
- Opportunity for future seasonal or full-time employment based on performance.
Schedule
- 3-month seasonal contract.
- Possibility to extend contract.
- Full-time preferred.
- Evening and weekend appointments may be required based on customer availability.

Pay: $34,618.47-$161,454.86 per year
