Simon Pure is seeking a reliable & experienced Team Lead as well as an enthusiastic & dynamic team of Brand Ambassadors to represent a major Canadian Rewards Program to engage with our target audience. This role involves promoting the rewards program, creating brand awareness, and building positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively connect with diverse audiences.
Duties
- Demonstrate and promote the brand through a fun gum ball machine experience
- Interact with customers to educate them about our offerings and answer questions
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials at various locations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
- Ability to engage audiences through energetic and persuasive interactions
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching a broader demographic
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
