Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and exercises to support ongoing recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Stay updated with current best practices in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region.
- Prior experience in hospital settings is preferred, especially experience with acute care and pediatrics.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
