ABOUT THE FERTILITY PARTNERS
The Fertility Partners (TFP) is Canada's largest fertility clinic network, with 14 clinics serving patients across the country. We exist to help people build families and we believe that technology, done right, makes that possible for more people.
Our technology organization is in an active growth phase. We are building a clinical digital platform, a data program, and AI-powered capabilities not as future-state initiatives, but as active work that is already in clinics and delivering value. The technology team is evolving from a service provider into a genuine strategic driver of clinical excellence and network growth.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for TFP's clinical digital platform a suite of tools and services built around and on top of our EMR ecosystem across 14 clinics.
This is a product leadership role at the intersection of clinical operations, data, and technology. The platform you will own is deeply integrated with EMR infrastructure, clinical workflows, and the operational reality of a multi-clinic network. The work is complex, the stakeholder environment is demanding, and the impact is direct.
You will own the product roadmap, lead a small product team, and serve as the translation layer between senior clinical and business leadership and the technology team. You will also sit alongside TFP's SVP Technology in vendor and EMR partner conversations, representing TFP's product direction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the Product Roadmap
-
Translate business and clinical priorities into a sequenced product plan that balances clinical value, technical feasibility, and commercial ROI.
-
Define and maintain the product roadmap for TFP's clinical digital platform - what gets built, in what order, and why it matters.
-
Partner with the SVP Technology in EMR vendor and technology partner conversations as TFP's product voice.
-
Make informed build vs. buy decisions in an environment where the platform is clinically critical and integration-constrained.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
-
Serve as the primary bridge between clinical and operational leadership and the technology team roadmap priorities are set collaboratively and this role facilitates that process.
-
Work closely with VP Clinical Operations, CMO, and VP Lab Operations as your primary day-to-day clinical and operational partners.
-
Facilitate rigorous problem definition across functions before any solution is designed no product work begins until the problem is fully understood by all parties.
-
Partner with Marketing on patient experience, UX direction, and product communications.
Drive Clinical Product Execution
-
Manage and develop a Product Manager who owns day-to-day sprint execution and clinic engagement.
-
Own a weekly cross-functional product sync with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations driving visibility and alignment before decisions are made.
-
Validate product design with clinic staff in collaboration with Clinical Operations before anything proceeds to formal sign-off.
-
Be present at product go-lives at clinic level. Ground-truth feedback at launch is part of how we close the loop.
Navigate the EMR & Integration Ecosystem
-
Develop a working understanding of how TFP's clinical digital tools interact with and depend on the underlying EMR infrastructure across the network.
-
Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure product decisions account for data architecture and integration reality.
-
Influence EMR vendor roadmaps TFP's scale and clinical data position creates leverage that a strong PM can use.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
-
7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role.
-
Experience in health technology, digital health, or a clinical technology environment ideally in a role where the product was built around or integrated with an EMR or core clinical system.
-
Demonstrated ability to own and drive a product roadmap in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
-
Experience managing or mentoring product managers.
-
Proven track record working closely with engineering teams, including distributed or offshore teams.
Domain Knowledge
-
Enough clinical operations literacy to hold credible conversations with clinical and operational leadership you do not need to be a clinician, but you need to understand the environment.
-
Familiarity with EMR systems, integration patterns, and the constraints they create for product decisions.
-
Comfort with data concepts pipelines, integrations, reporting sufficient to work with a data engineering team as a genuine partner.
How You Work
-
You define the problem before you design the solution and you are rigorous about it.
-
You are a known collaborator - equally credible in a room with clinical leadership and in a sprint planning session with engineers.
-
Senior stakeholders trust your judgment because you communicate clearly, set expectations accurately, and deliver on them.
-
You can hold a roadmap conviction while remaining genuinely open to input that changes it.
-
You are a strong written communicator. Clarity on paper matters here.
