Responsibilities:
1. Lead the build, iteration and optimization of operational data models (personnel efficiency, sorting center, site evaluation), track their impact on operational performance (e.g., efficiency lift, decision accuracy), and resolve core application issues.
2. Manage the data analysis team: define analysis directions, guide deep analysis of complex datasets, refine methodologies and templates, and ensure results support business optimization.
3. Set team code standards, supervise high-quality/maintainable code writing, review data/modelling technical outputs, and solve technical bottlenecks (e.g., code debugging, tool adaptation).
4. Establish data quality inspection mechanisms, control data accuracy from collection to analysis, and optimize data processes (e.g., docking, delivery) to reduce repetition.
5. Oversee core report output (content, logic, feasibility), guide visualization chart creation, and lead reporting to cross-departmental stakeholders (Operations, leadership).
6. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Tech teams to decompose business needs and deliver data-driven solutions; manage daily team work (assignment, performance, training).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s+/Master’s preferred in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science; CDA/PMP certifications a plus.
2. Experience:- Required: 3+ years in data analysis/modelling, 1+ year managing teams of 3+.- Preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain background, with sorting center/site operation data support experience.
3. Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), R, SQL; ability to solve complex data/modelling issues.- Mastery of Tableau/Power BI (able to build automated dashboards); in-depth grasp of statistical analysis (regression, clustering) and data models (prediction, optimization).- Familiarity with data warehouse architecture and full ETL process.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
