The IT Senior Systems Analyst is a collaborative role that works closely with colleagues in IT Services, university stakeholders, and third-party service providers to analyze patterns, identify problems, and determine, design and/or recommend, document and implement solutions (hardware, software or process) for the operations and maintenance of the institution’s infrastructure services.
The incumbent ensures that the work done is in alignment with the enterprise solutions architecture and standards.
