Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. This role involves supporting project planning, execution, and communication to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project management, construction software, and technical drawing interpretation, with a focus on maintaining project timelines and quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project and other construction management software
- Coordinate between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project planning
- Utilize Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document review, markup, and project visualization
- Support the procurement process by tracking materials, equipment, and subcontractor commitments
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly to maintain adherence to deadlines
- Facilitate communication across teams through meetings, reports, and documentation updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project documentation efficiently
- Construction experience is highly preferred; a background in civil engineering or related fields is advantageous
- Strong communication skills coupled with problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
