HR GENERALIST

The Company
Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist on a temporary basis to assist in recruitment and HR related tasks.
The Job!
You are someone the team can rely on for various HR-related tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Electronic files management
- Creating and posting Job Descriptions and Job Ads
- Full Cycle Recruitment (especially scheduling and conducting interviews)
- Drafting contracts and a variety of letters and documents
- Managing the volunteer/placement student program
- Setting up systems processes and forms/templates
- Other HR related tasks as delegated by Manager
What you bring to the job
You are someone with exceptional time and self-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You also come with:
- HR Diploma/Certificate
- 3-4+ years of HR experience, particularly with full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Forms
- Proficiency in One Drive and Gravity Forms an asset
- Prior experience working with a NFP/Social Services agency an asset
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site one day per week minimum
