With the BC Energy Step Code and CleanBC rebates driving demand, TOSOT Supplies Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to capture this market. We need a manager who is driven by performance—someone who wants a strong base salary but is hungry to maximize their earnings through territory growth. This role includes managing customer accounts, business development, and carrying out HVAC B2B sales, project management, and various other day-to-day sales activities.

TOSOT Supplies Inc. is a Heat Pump & Air Conditioner distributor in Canada. Our high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps meet energy subsidy standards to reduce carbon emissions and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Territory Growth: Own the sales channel for BC and Alberta, expanding our footprint with HVAC wholesalers and mechanical contractors.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on TOSOT’s VRF and heat pump lineup for complex residential and light commercial projects.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build "sticky" relationships with Mechanical Engineers and Developers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing in the Lower Mainland to keep us ahead of the curve.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC Wholesale/Distribution sales experience is required.
- Technical sales experience with VRF systems is highly desired.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and sales targets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel (50%).
