The Blended Brew & Co is looking for some fall/ winter team members who are reliable, and motivated to join out growing team!
We’re a locally owned café in Shallow Lake that takes pride in serving quality coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming space for our community. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and are eager to learn, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
- Take customer orders and operate the Square POS system.
- Prepare sandwiches, baked goods, and light food items.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create an excellent customer experience.
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to multitask in a busy café environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn. Previous café or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be available to work weekdays and occasional weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 10 to 25 hours per week (more hours may be available based on availability and season).
Pay: Starting at $17.60 per hour.
