The Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, parking vehicles, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. As a key member of the guest services team, you will create a welcoming first impression and uphold the high standards of hospitality at the Metcalfe Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with luggage
- Escort guests and provide basic hotel information
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance/lobby area
- Support front desk operations and guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
