Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the day to day operations of the store.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with customers and their pets.
- Hire, train, coach and schedule team members.
- Manage a clean, organized and well stocked store.
- Support sales goals while fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage purchasing activities to maintain stock levels while controlling costs.
Qualifications
- Pet retail or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task in a fast pasted environment.
- A passion for pets, customer service and team work.
