Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each client.
Duties:
- Create customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations.
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and All-Inclusive bookings and also Specialized Tours (European/Asian/African Safaris)
- Complete all formalities including ticketing, Seat allocations, upgrades and other associated requirements.
- Must be able to quote, requote and reprice fare as and when required should the client request any change in date of travel.
- Monitor Airline Schedule changes and make appropriate change/s accordingly.
- Provide clients with detailed information about their travel plans and any necessary documentation.
- Address any client inquiries or issues before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or as a Travel Consultant is required.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and booking systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in using technology for research and booking purposes.
- Apollo GDS Experience is Mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
- Travel agency: Minimum 5 years (required). Ongoing

This position is for Canadian Residents/ PR Card holders. Relocation within Canada can be considered based on candidates experience in this industry.

- $2500 to $3500 per month depending on experience plus
- Target based incentives calculated monthly.
