They are looking for two Bakers to join their overnight production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in preparing fresh donuts and baked goods that are ready for customers each morning. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in producing quality products, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Prepare, mix, portion, and bake donut dough and other bakery products according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Fry, decorate, fill, glaze, and finish donuts to ensure a consistent and appealing final product.
- Measure ingredients accurately and safely operate bakery equipment.
- Monitor baking and frying times to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to support efficient production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment by following sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met before store opening.
- Perform additional bakery and production duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis.
- Must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends as required.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Previous baking, food production, commercial kitchen, or restaurant experience is considered an asset.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Dependable, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
Base Salary: $19.50+ per hour
- Salary based on experience.
Work Hours:
- Full-time
- Overnight shift (typically 11pm – 7am, or similar)
- Schedule may include weekdays and weekends

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
