Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage and update customer information accurately through data entry systems.
- Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English and Spanish, are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
