Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to promote products and services
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and account management
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist in merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies
- Manage client accounts, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
- Support renovation or construction-related projects by providing expert advice and solutions when applicable
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions
- Knowledge of renovation, construction, or merchandising is advantageous
- Customer service-oriented mindset with organizational skills for managing multiple accounts
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and team members
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
