Forklift Operator (Receiving)

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Receiver and an order picker to join our Client's Distribution team. This permanent, full-time position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods, supporting inventory integrity, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory (80%)
- Receive goods and verify quantities; report discrepancies
- Replenish fixed bin locations and report capacity issues
- Record returns and manage product returns to vendors
- Perform quality checks as required
- Offload trucks, including manual handling of boxes up to 50 lbs
General Duties (20%)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- Forklift certification - Counter balance, Reach
- High school diploma (Grade 12)
- 2–3 years of related experience in receiving or warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills (RF technologies, Windows-based systems)
