What You'll Do
As a Retail Wellness Advisor, you'll be an important part of our customer experience by:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Recommending vitamins, supplements, healthy foods, and wellness products based on customers' goals and needs.
- Building confidence and trust through education—not sales pressure.
- Creating attractive, well-stocked product displays and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Receiving inventory, stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Processing customer purchases, returns, and exchanges using our POS system.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Staying current on new products, health trends, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Supporting local marketing initiatives by participating in social media content, including photos, videos, and in-store promotions.

- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable learning about supplements and wellness products through ongoing education.
- Creative with an eye for merchandising and store presentation.
- Confident using technology, POS systems, and inventory software.
- Comfortable appearing in social media content and representing the Simply For Life brand online.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in health food, pharmacy, nutrition, fitness, or wellness retail is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Social media experience for business accounts is an asset.
