Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabric Cutter and Laser Fabric Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves precise fabric cutting operations, utilizing various tools and machinery to produce high-quality textile products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Responsibilities
- Operate Laser Fabric Cutting Machine with accuracy and efficiency to meet production standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery for fabric preparation and cutting processes
- Measure fabrics precisely using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure correct dimensions
- Perform heavy lifting of fabric rolls and materials safely during handling and setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Assist with assembly, warehousing, or related tasks as needed within the manufacturing environment
- Follow safety protocols when working with machinery and industrial equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on cutting equipment to ensure optimal operation
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or machining environments is preferred
- Familiarity with fabric cutting machines, heavy machinery, and power tools is highly desirable
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, or assembly work is beneficial
- Experience with calipers, heavy lifting, and the use of hand tools in a production setting is advantageous
- Candidates with background in machining or fabrication industries will find this role aligns well with their skills

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
