We are currently looking for motivated Independent Insurance Brokers who are ready to grow in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business opportunities
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Cross-sell and maximize retention opportunities
- Work with multiple insurance markets to provide competitive solutions
- Maintain underwriting quality and compliance standards
- Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities strategically
Requirements
- Active RIBO License in Ontario
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- Experience using Applied EPIC and CompuQuote (Required)
- Previous insurance brokerage experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Ontario insurance markets
- Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with high-risk markets is considered an asset
