Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a productive work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Landscaping duties including mowing grass and cleaning up sites.
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during daily activities
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Must have valid drivers license
